We give you 1 on 1 customer service! We pick you up curbside at the airport at baggage claim! No lugging your luggage across the street or all over Maui! Just grab your luggage from the carousel and head to the curb and to the signs that read "ride share/taxi." We will pick you up there in your rental vehicle. We will shuttle you 3 minutes off of airport property to our lot where you will look over the vehicle, sign the contract, pay and go! This process usually takes less than 15 minutes!
Please ensure to refill the gas! You will be charged an additional fee if gas is not replaced to the same level as when you picked up the vehicle.
We provide 1 on 1 customer service! We will meet you at our lot, 3 minutes from Maui airport, and will shuttle you curbside to the airport departure area at the designated time you choose.
All drivers must provide a copy of their personal auto insurance policy which includes collision coverage. Please check with your auto insurance company prior to booking that it will cover you for vacation rental vehicles.
In Hawaii, your liability as the renter or driver is primary - this means you are first in line to pay for any damage or injury incurred while you operate the vehicle. We do not rent to anyone who is not covered by their own automobile insurance in the US or Canada.
You can purchase additional Renters Collision Protection (RCP) insurance for $25 per day. You must also submit proof of valid liability insurance.
This insurance provides: $20,000 of coverage on the vehicle with a $250 deductible.
For insurance to be valid a police report must be filed, driver can not be driving under the influence, and only drivers that are on the policy are covered.
We accept Cash, Venmo or Zelle at pick up. You can also pay by credit card with a 4.3% fee.

Kars In Paradise LLC is commercially insured and licensed in the State of Hawaii. All drivers must have an active personal auto insurance policy during the rental period and be on the contract with a signature. Our commercial liability policy will be secondary to yours.

No smoking inside the vehicle and a $250 cleaning charge will be imposed if violated,
PLEASE apply sunscreen outside of the vehicle
If driving slowly to sight-see, pull over and let others pass.
In Maui, we don’t honk at others, we are on island time!

We are a small local, family owned business. We understand life happens and appreciate as much notice as possible when cancelling.
We do not collect payment until pick-up so no refund would be necessary.
Once you pick up the vehicle, refunds are made on a case-by-case basis if returning the vehicle early.
